Some Hibernian Branches are shareholders in their local United Friendly Societies (UFS) Dispensaries, and local Branch members may receive discounts on shop and prescription purchases.
Branch members contact the UFS and advise them of their name and the name of the Branch they belong to. Once the UFS has verified these details, the member will need to pay for a UFS card (and for any extra cards for any spouse or dependent who may also be entitled to have one).
The member will then be able to access any discounts on shop and/or prescription purchases when they present their UFS card.
These cards are typically renewed by the UFS in February each year.
